Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of Service and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.

Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

What are my shipping options?

We offer various shipping options. Sometimes, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We might offer free economy shipping when your order meets a minimum amount. When available, this option is only redeemable for orders shipped to a physical address within the United States (not valid for PO boxes).

Expedited Shipping Fees

We also offer expedited shipping from the following couriers:

Shipping Fees

Fees will vary depending on dimensions, weight and handling. To calculate the cost of shipping, please use our shipping calculator on our checkout page after you have added all the items you'd like to order to your shopping cart.

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. 

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free Economy shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

How do I track my shipment?

Tracking numbers are provided via email at the time of shipment. Carrier options may vary based on destination. Please note, FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes, General Delivery locations, or any other location in which a person is unable to sign for the package. If you choose FedEx and have a mailing address incompatible with their service, we will do our best to change your shipping method to USPS prior to shipping. In the event your method is not changed, and your package is returned due to an invalid delivery address, you are responsible for any fees that incur due to the return.

International packages shipped using USPS cannot be tracked once they reach international customs, therefore TVN Sports cards & Collectibles LLS will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages if USPS is selected.

Additional Shipping Fees

The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. This includes any orders returned due to non-claim, incorrect address, undeliverable address, etc. TVN Sports cards & Collectibles LLS is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods. We work hard to keep our shipping rates reasonable while ensuring your items are delivered in the most efficient and reliable way possible.

In rare cases, the amount paid for shipping may not be enough for the requested service. In those instances, we will do our best to inform you that a different shipping method may be required or additional fees are needed to ship by the selected method. We reserve the right to change the shipping method for any reason.

What if the address I entered is wrong?

If an order is placed and the address entered at checkout is incorrect, TVN Sports cards & Collectibles LLS is not responsible for the delivery or the fees associated with having the package re-routed (if applicable). You are responsible for double-checking the address to which your order is shipped. If the order does not make it to your destination due to the error in address, TVN Sports cards & Collectibles LLS is not responsible for a replacement to be mailed. Also, do not have your package mailed to an address if the address is temporary. In some cases, packages may take several weeks to arrive. If you vacate the delivery address prior to receiving the package, we are not responsible for any fees to receive the package again or for a replacement to be mailed out.

*International packages shipped using USPS cannot be traced once they reach international customs, therefore TVN Sports cards & Collectibles LLS will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages if USPS is selected.

Holiday Shipping Times

Due to the large influx of orders during the months of November and December, it can take up to 3-5 business days to process, package, and ship your order. Please take this into account when placing your order and allow plenty of time to receive your package prior to the date you need it. We cannot guarantee that any order placed will arrive by a specific date, and all delivery times are estimates only.

Why hasn't my order shipped?

While we do our best to mail out all orders within 1 business day of that order being placed, there are various reasons why your order may be delayed or not shipped within that time frame. These reasons include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • You have been notified that an item is back-ordered.
  • You have been notified that an item is unavailable.
  • You opted to pre-order an item with a future ship date.
  • You have been notified that your order was canceled for suspicion of fraud.
  • A new release or seasonal demand has created an influx of orders volume, in which case your order will ship as soon as possible.

What if my shipment is lost or stolen?

Once orders have left our warehouse, TVN Sports cards & Collectibles LLS cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If you’re having trouble tracking a shipment, you’ll need to contact your local post office and/or parcel carrier for assistance. If a replacement is mailed, TVN Sports cards & Collectibles LLS reserves the right to mail the replacement via any shipping method available.

I received the wrong item.

While we try to pack every order correctly, mistakes happen. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please email us at support@babyshiney.com and provide us with an image of the item received and your order number. DO NOT open any items that you believe are incorrect. An opened item may be rejected for exchange or credit, even if incorrectly mailed/received.

Damage Claims

Although we take great care to pack every order for safe transit, occasionally, damage does occur. Please examine your order as soon as it arrives to ensure there is no damage.

If you do notice damage, let us know by contacting support or replying to your order confirmation email. Damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the package. Do not discard the damaged item(s), as you may be asked to return them prior to receiving a replacement or reimbursement. Please include your order number and pictures of the damaged items and packaging.

If the damage is outside our control, we reserve the right to refuse to send a replacement or issue a refund. Any claims made beyond 7 days from receiving the product will not be considered for reimbursement or replacement.
