Import Duties

Orders may be subject to local taxes, import duties or customs charges. You are responsible for paying any import duty that may be payable on the goods when they reach their destination. babyshiney has no control over such charges and cannot predict them. We recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.

If charges are levied in your country and you refuse to pay them, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred, and the cost of returning the package. These costs will be subtracted from your order refund and your credit/debit card will be charged accordingly.

Should you wish to return any product that has been subject to local duty or taxes we are not able to refund any duties or taxes charged and you will be responsible for applying for a refund if applicable.  If we are required to pay import duties or taxes to receive a return this charge will be deducted from your refund/credit. We will not issue any refund until we receive the refused item back to us. 

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Babyshiney endeavours to provide the best customer service it can. Should a problem arise, every effort will be made to resolve the issue. However, should the problem be unsolvable, or you prefer to cancel your order please contact us. Unfortunately it will not always be possible to stop the order if the order has already been picked up by the delivery service. In this case babyshiney will not be liable for the postage refund, only the cost of your order. You are advised to check the process of the order before you request cancellation. If a parcel goes missing, babyshiney will do our best to resolve the situation, but we can’t issue you a refund until 28 days after shipment date. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to babyshiney.
